Purpose and no advice
The site offers, free of charge, a benchmark placing a dental practice’s fees against averages published by Assurance Maladie, and management guides based on official statistics and scales. Results are estimates built from the visitor’s own assumptions: neither personal legal, tax or accounting advice nor a promise of income. Only the competent bodies (Assurance Maladie, CARCDSF, Urssaf, tax office) and the texts in force are authoritative. The site is independent: it is not affiliated with any government body, professional order, union, approved management association or supplier. Method and limits: method.
Liability
Parameters are re-read at their sources whenever a text changes and the engine is checked by automated tests, with no guarantee that errors are absent. The publisher is not liable for a decision taken solely on the basis of an estimate. Errors can be reported via the contact page.
Intellectual property
Texts, graphics and code are protected and remain the publisher’s property; short quotations with a link to the original page are allowed. Assurance Maladie data is reused under the Open Database License (ODbL) and other public data under the Etalab open licence.
